Kindness First
Be kind to others and yourself. This space is about growth, healing, and positivity.Mindful Device Use

Everyone’s path is unique. Focus on your personal progress and avoid comparing yourself to others.Cleanliness is Key
After each session, wipe down your equipment and neatly put everything back in its place. This keeps our studio a clean and welcoming environment for all.Respect and Appreciation
Respect the effort your instructors put into planning your classes. Be considerate of your fellow members’ time and space, allowing Core Pilates Bowral to be a sanctuary from the busyness of life.Limit Chatter
We love light-hearted banter, but during class, avoid talking over the instructor. Give your full attention to the guidance being provided.Punctuality Matters
Arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in and set up your equipment. This helps start the class smoothly and on time.Handle Equipment with Care
