Core Pilates Bowral Release and Liability Waiver

By participating in the services offered at Core Pilates Bowral, I acknowledge that I do so at my own risk. In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities and equipment located at Core Pilates Bowral, I understand that Core Pilates Bowral shall not be liable for the loss or theft of, or damage to, personal property of guests or members.

I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur while using studio facilities and equipment. I hereby fully and forever release and discharge Core Pilates Bowral, its owners, employees, and members from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my or any member's use or intended use of the facilities and equipment, on or about the premises of Core Pilates Bowral.

I acknowledge that I am fully liable for all medical expenses as a result of any injury incurred during my participation in the services offered at Core Pilates Bowral.

I warrant, represent, and agree that I am in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment, or ailment preventing me from engaging in active or passive exercise that will be detrimental to my health, safety, comfort, or physical condition. If my health condition changes, I acknowledge that it is my obligation to take full responsibility for my health, wellbeing, and safety during any type of exercise, and to avoid any exercises I have been advised by my physician not to perform. I understand that I am not obliged to participate in any activity that I do not wish to, and that it is my right to refuse such participation at any time.
