Mat Pilates (Full Body or Beginner) - 45 minutes

Using your own body weight as resistance and incorporating props like Magic Circles and light weights, this class enhances core stability, improves posture, builds strength, and increases mobility. It's a comprehensive approach to Pilates that promotes overall fitness and functional movement.
Mat Pilates - Cardio - 45 minutes
Experience an energising and fast-paced workout designed to elevate your heart rate while targeting your entire body.
Wunda Chair - 45 minutes
Our Wunda Chair classes are creative and varied, making each workout interesting and challenging. The Wunda Chair enhances the mind-body connection through its unique design and resistance-based exercises, promoting focus, concentration, and mindfulness. These elements help you develop a deeper awareness of your body’s capabilities.
In the 45-minute session, you'll engage your muscles and mind, fostering mental clarity, stress management, and inner peace.
Circuit - 45 minutes
Our circuit classes are designed to be creative and endlessly varied, ensuring each workout is both interesting and challenging. During the 45-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to engage with equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Mat. Classes are intimate, with a maximum of 6 participants, allowing for personalised attention and guidance from our instructors. It's an effective way to achieve comprehensive fitness benefits in a supportive group environment.
Barre - 45 minutes
Our Barre classes are designed to be enjoyable and fast-paced, accompanied by upbeat music. They combine elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga to create a dynamic workout experience. In Barre, we integrate small, isometric movements with full-body interval training. Throughout the class, we incorporate various small equipment like balls, resistance bands, and light weights to enhance the workout.
No prior dance or Pilates experience is necessary to participate. Our instructors are there to guide you through the class and offer support, especially if it's your first time attending. So get ready to sweat, have fun, and experience the benefits of a Barre workout!
Mums and Bubs - 45 minutes
Mamas, this one’s for you! We understand you want to stay active, tone up, and build strength while caring for your baby. Enter BYO Baby, a 45-minute class that blends Pilates, Barre, and stretches, perfectly fitting into your busy schedule without sacrificing time with your little one. These challenging sessions are tailored for the life of a mama in mind, focusing on strength, alignment, and tone, with special attention to core activation, spinal and pelvic stability. Please bring your baby (under 12 months) in a carrier or car seat as our studio is upstairs without lift access. And don't forget to bring your own baby mat and entertainment for your little Bub.
Ballet - Beginner - 45 minutes
This friendly and relaxed open ballet class will guide you through the foundational aspects of classical ballet, focusing on alignment, agility, and proper positioning, while enhancing coordination. This approach allows you to enjoy and grasp the basics of ballet.
The class is structured with a sequence of barre exercises followed by center work, providing a comprehensive ballet experience. Ballet is renowned for its ability to improve posture, muscle strength, and overall tone, while also fostering a stable core.
This class is specifically designed for individuals who are new to ballet or returning after a prolonged break from wearing ballet shoes. It offers a supportive atmosphere to explore and appreciate the elegance of ballet, while simultaneously enhancing physical fitness and technique.
Ballet - Elementary - 45 minutes
Our elementary adult ballet classes are tailored for students aged 16 years and older who possess some prior knowledge of ballet technique. Each session includes barre exercises, center practice, turns, and allegro (jumping sequences), offering a comprehensive ballet experience.
Participants should be prepared to engage with complex steps and exercises aimed at refining their strength and ballet technique. This class provides an opportunity to focus on developing both physical strength and technical proficiency in ballet, fostering progress and enjoyment in the art form.
Privates - 45 minutes (1:1 or 2:1)
If you're in need of some personal attention and hesitant about joining a group class, our Private Pilates sessions are tailored just for you. Our instructors are dedicated to helping you achieve your individual movement goals, whether you're recovering from an injury, prefer off-peak class times, or need to bring your little one along.
During your session, we start with a postural analysis to understand your body's unique requirements and goals. Our goal is to support you in building a healthy, strong body that meets your personal fitness aspirations. We offer versatile options for classes that can include a mix of Reformer, Wunda Chair, Mat, and Barre exercises tailored to your preferences.
We also have duo 2:1 sessions available which are perfect for couples or friends who love to train together in a more intimate setting.
