Reformer Foundations - 45 minutes

Beginner Level

If you're new to the Reformer, Reformer Foundations is the perfect starting point. This class offers a gentle introduction to Reformer Pilates, focusing on essential movements, core strength, and building body awareness. You’ll learn how to safely and effectively use the Reformer machine, mastering the fundamentals before progressing to more advanced classes.

Reformer Flow - 45 minutes

Intermediate Level

In this intermediate session, you'll dive into more dynamic and fluid sequences, designed to strengthen your muscles, enhance flexibility, and improve overall fitness. Expect to challenge your body with a faster pace and increased intensity, all while maintaining proper form and alignment. This class is perfect for those ready to push their limits and take their Pilates practice to the next level.

Reformer Stretch and Release - 45 minutes

All Levels

Reformer Stretch & Release is a restorative class designed to improve flexibility, ease muscle tension, and promote relaxation. Using the Reformer to support gentle, guided stretches, you’ll release tightness and restore balance to your body. This class is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, improve joint mobility, and enhance recovery. Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, the slow-paced, soothing movements will leave you feeling calm, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to your body. Perfect for those needing a moment to relax, recharge, and restore flexibility.


Mat Pilates (Full Body & Beginner) - 45 minutes

Experience a dynamic and challenging floor-based Pilates workout designed to target your entire body. Using your own body weight as resistance and incorporating props like Magic Circles and light weights, this class enhances core stability, improves posture, builds strength, and increases mobility. It's a comprehensive approach to Pilates that promotes overall fitness and functional movement.

Mat Pilates - Stretch & Release - 45 minutes

Enhance your flexibility in our Stretch & Release Pilates class. Designed for all levels, this session focuses on elongating muscles and improving posture through targeted stretches and exercises.


Wunda Chair - 45 minutes

Our Wunda Chair classes are creative and varied, making each workout interesting and challenging. The Wunda Chair enhances the mind-body connection through its unique design and resistance-based exercises, promoting focus, concentration, and mindfulness. These elements help you develop a deeper awareness of your body’s capabilities.

In the 45-minute session, you'll engage your muscles and mind, fostering mental clarity, stress management, and inner peace.


Circuit - 45 minutes

Our circuit classes are designed to be creative and endlessly varied, ensuring each workout is both interesting and challenging. During the 45-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to engage with equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Mat. Classes are intimate, with a maximum of 6 participants, allowing for personalised attention and guidance from our instructors. It's an effective way to achieve comprehensive fitness benefits in a supportive group environment.


Barre - 45 minutes

Our Barre classes are designed to be enjoyable and fast-paced, accompanied by upbeat music. They combine elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga to create a dynamic workout experience. In Barre, we integrate small, isometric movements with full-body interval training. Throughout the class, we incorporate various small equipment like balls, resistance bands, and light weights to enhance the workout.

No prior dance or Pilates experience is necessary to participate. Our instructors are there to guide you through the class and offer support, especially if it's your first time attending. So get ready to sweat, have fun, and experience the benefits of a Barre workout! Elements of barre classes are combined with mat work.


Mums and Bubs - 45 minutes

Mamas, this one’s for you! We understand you want to stay active, tone up, and build strength while caring for your baby. Enter BYO Baby, a 45-minute class that blends Pilates, Barre, and stretches, perfectly fitting into your busy schedule without sacrificing time with your little one. These challenging sessions are tailored for the life of a mama in mind, focusing on strength, alignment, and tone, with special attention to core activation, spinal and pelvic stability. Please bring your baby (under 12 months) in a carrier or car seat as our studio is upstairs without lift access. And don't forget to bring your own baby mat and entertainment for your little Bub.


Privates - 45 minutes (1:1 or 2:1)

If you're in need of some personal attention and hesitant about joining a group class, our Private Pilates sessions are tailored just for you. Our instructors are dedicated to helping you achieve your individual movement goals, whether you're recovering from an injury, prefer off-peak class times, or need to bring your little one along.

During your session, we start with a postural analysis to understand your body's unique requirements and goals. Our goal is to support you in building a healthy, strong body that meets your personal fitness aspirations. We offer versatile options for classes that can include a mix of Reformer, Wunda Chair, Mat, and Barre exercises tailored to your preferences.

We also have duo 2:1 sessions available which are perfect for couples or friends who love to train together in a more intimate setting.
