Core Pilates Bowral was founded by classically trained ex-professional ballet dancer Natalie Everiss. This beautiful boutique space is fully equipped to offer a variety of pilates and ballet classes in the heart of Bowral.

At Core Pilates Bowral, we believe that wellness is more than just a workout – it's an experience. Throughout Natalie’s 14+ year ballet career, she relied on Pilates to maintain her strength, prevent injury, and recover from the physical demands of performing. She experienced firsthand how the focus on correct form and control made all the difference in enhancing her body’s resilience and longevity. This inspired her to create a space where these principles are at the heart of every class, ensuring that every movement is performed safely and with intention. She was 3 months pregnant when she performed her final show ‘Faust’ with Opera Australia at the Sydney Opera House in 2020.

The name "Core Pilates" reflects the studio's philosophy: your core is at the centre of everything you do. Building your core strength is essential for overall well-being. Without it, your body compensates in other areas, leading to imbalances that can cause injury or chronic pain over time. At Core Pilates, our classes are designed to help you prevent these issues by strengthening your core, allowing you to move with ease and confidence in your everyday life.
